"Is that chair stripped, framed, or already on the sewing table?" is a question an owner shouldn't have to walk the shop floor to answer. We build the tracking system that shows every piece's stage in real time.

What we build

• Stage-based tracking: Every piece moved through strip, frame repair, foam, and stitch in one board.
• Shop floor updates: Staff log progress from a shop-floor tablet, not a paper tag.
• Bottleneck alerts: Stalled projects flagged before they slip the promised date.
• Client-facing status: Clients check their piece's progress without a phone call.

Implementation scope

Project tracking connects to scheduling, so a completed piece automatically triggers its delivery booking.
